Program Associate, Partner Success (Full-Time, Remote)

• Manage corporate board training engagements and paid nonprofit trainings, including scheduling, technology, communications, and registration.
• Support concierge service delivery by conducting research, building tools, and managing client deliverables for C-suite professionals.
• Oversee the BoardLearn platform, drive user engagement, and develop new content for continuous education.

This role directly connects talented professionals with value-aligned nonprofits, strengthening nonprofit boards and enabling organizations to drive their missions forward effectively.

• Highly efficient and organized self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for building relationships with nonprofit and corporate stakeholders.
• Technological proficiency with Zoom, Hubspot (or similar CRM), and Google Workspace.
• Social sector experience, particularly in nonprofit governance or corporate social responsibility, strongly preferred.

Salary: $55,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
