Mission
What you will drive
- Process and review grant applications and quarterly reporting materials, preparing well-written summaries.
- Maintain accurate grant files and deliverable tracking documentation; manage dashboards and reports to track progress towards strategy goals.
- Serve as a point of contact for grantees, develop and maintain positive relationships.
- Assist with planning and logistics for board and committee meetings, and collaborate on digital content about grantees.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a health or scientific discipline preferred.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in public health, program management, research administration, or human subjects research.
- Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills; experience with grantmaking preferred.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and databases; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
