Program Administration Business Development Lead

• Lead business development for program administration and implementation opportunities, including pipeline development, capture strategy, and proposal leadership.
• Develop and execute a growth-oriented business plan to build and scale a program administration practice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape differentiated offerings and build senior-level client relationships.
• Provide executive oversight of program delivery to ensure operational excellence and achievement of savings, participation, and equity objectives.

This role directly contributes to decarbonization and energy savings goals by helping utilities and government clients implement effective energy programs, thereby reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting sustainable energy use.

• 10+ years of experience in energy efficiency, clean energy, or utility program administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience launching energy efficiency or clean energy programs or scaling new business lines.
• Proven business development experience and sales success.
