Product Solutions Engineer

• Design and prototype system architectures for new clean energy products, including microgrids and grid-forming applications.
• Conduct electromagnetic transient (EMT) simulations using PSCAD to validate new applications.
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers and subject matter experts to develop and validate product performance specifications.
• Transfer learnings from pilot projects into engineering documentation for global commercialization.

This role directly contributes to the global energy transition by developing and commercializing innovative clean energy solutions that enable rapid decarbonization and 24/7 carbon-free energy for data centers and other customers.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, systems engineering, or renewable energy engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in clean energy or power systems.
• Proficiency in power systems modeling software such as PSCAD or PSSE.
• Strong documentation and technical reporting skills; team player able to work cross-functionally.

Salary range: $94,000 - $112,625/year (USD). Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k) eligibility, paid time off (vacation, sick leave, parental leave), and annual bonus.
