Product Owner

• Own employee experience-led product roadmaps and act as the day-to-day decision point for cross-product trade-offs with key stakeholders.
• Interim cover the Digital Employee Support product ownership, setting requirements, frameworks, and roadmap for digital employee support services.
• Support Senior Product Owners for Digital Workplace and Digital Employee Support, with a focus on knowledge management and DEX topics.
• Co-develop the knowledge management framework and further develop DEX and efficiency metrics.

This role enables Ramboll's 18,000+ colleagues across 35 countries to focus on shaping sustainable societies by providing frictionless digital employee support and AI-enabled experiences.

• Experience in product management, preferably with employee-facing digital products.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled experiences and digital employee support.
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and knowledge management frameworks is a plus.
