Product Owner

• Own the end-to-end product management process from discovery to delivery for a digital product.
• Lead the product workstream, ensuring alignment with product strategy and vision, and contribute to the 'digital first' mission.
• Interpret user research and data to make informed product decisions, and create product roadmaps in collaboration with engineering and design.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and deliver product-related business KPIs.

This role helps ScottishPower accelerate the transition to renewable energy by delivering digital products that improve customer experience and support the company's Net Zero goals.

• Degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or IT discipline.
• Practitioner of agile working methods with practical experience in an agile delivery environment.
• Strong track record of successful delivery and management of high-quality digital products/services.
• Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels, with strong data interpretation skills and commercial awareness.

Salary from £55,200 + up to 15% bonus, single cover private medical insurance, 36 days annual leave, pension with double matching up to 10% company contribution, holiday purchase, share plans, electric vehicle schemes, cycle to work, and various discounts.
