Mission
What you will drive
- Define and own the platform vision and roadmap, framing it commercially around retention, expansion, and cost to serve.
- Own onboarding as a product, ensuring both customer integration and end-user activation are successful.
- Ruthlessly prioritize automation and in-platform guidance to reduce cost to serve as the customer base grows.
- Lead discovery and delivery of data-driven insights for customers and OEM partners to evaluate performance and make evidence-based decisions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Significant B2B product experience on platform, developer tooling, or B2B SaaS, ideally in a B2B2C structure.
- Ability to connect product metrics to commercial outcomes and launch across Sales, Support, and Customer Success.
- Understanding of APIs, SDKs, and data flows, with fluency in communicating with engineers.
- Bonus: energy tech, IoT, or climate experience; experience shipping LLM-powered product capabilities.
