Product Design​ Lead (UX UI​)

• Define and design high-impact user experiences for a multi-surface platform, ensuring consistency, clarity, and scalability.
• Establish and maintain design systems and scalable interaction patterns across the product ecosystem.
• Lead a small team of designers to deliver development-ready assets in a fast-paced environment.
• Shape how the product is experienced in everyday and critical moments, bridging execution with system-level thinking.

This role enables the transition to clean, sustainable energy by designing intuitive and reliable experiences for dcbel's Home Energy Station, making renewable energy accessible to all.

• 8+ years of experience designing digital products, including at least 3 years leading a team of designers.
• Strong experience designing consumer-grade digital products where clarity and simplicity are essential.
• Proven experience working across multiple touchpoints or product surfaces.
• Experience contributing to or building design systems and scalable interaction patterns.
