Process & Project Manager (f/m/x)

• Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives from planning through implementation, managing project activities, stakeholders, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and AI-supported ways of working, and support evaluation, testing, and rollout of new digital tools.
• Analyze, document, and improve business processes using BPMN standards, facilitating workshops to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support business teams during implementation of new processes and solutions, coordinating communication, training, and adoption activities.

This role accelerates the transition to electric mobility by optimizing IONITY's operations, enabling faster scaling of charging infrastructure across Europe, and reducing barriers to EV adoption through efficient processes and digital innovation.

• 3–7 years of professional experience in Process Management, Project Management, Digital Transformation, Operations Excellence, or Business Analysis.
• Proven experience in driving process improvements, digitalization initiatives, or transformation projects in cross-functional and international environments.
• Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a comparable field.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills; solid understanding of BPM and process optimization.
