Process Engineer

• Design fluid and process systems including piping, valves, compressors, pumps, and heat exchangers for Oklo's power plants.
• Define process equipment architecture, specifications, operational modes, and performance criteria.
• Design, assemble, and operate prototypes for iterative design refinement.
• Generate technical documentation for system layout, fabrication, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance, and support regulatory filings.

This role directly contributes to the development of advanced fission power plants that deliver clean, reliable, and affordable energy, helping to combat climate change and reduce reliance on fossil fuels.

• Engineering education (Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or Aerospace).
• Experience performing design or modification engineering on process equipment in petroleum, nuclear, petrochemical, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Broad familiarity with engineering principles and strong systems engineering and operations intuition.
• Experience with compressible gas system designs including air and inert gases.
