What you will drive
- Define strategic continuous improvement objectives and analyze business needs to identify process improvement initiatives aligned to strategic goals.
- Scope potential initiatives to forecast benefits and resource needs, and maintain a repository and roadmap of continuous improvement activities.
- Provide insights for complex, cross-functional improvement initiatives using financial reporting and assess impacts of changes to process, technology, organization structure, and policy.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, organizational development, psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Eight or more years in project management, change management, process improvement, strategic finance, cost transformation, consulting, or related field.
- Strongly prefer PMP certification and/or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, CBPL, CCIM, or change management certification such as PROSCI; CPA, FPAC, or other finance/accounting certification also preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of project management, change management, process improvement methodologies, systems thinking, and strategic thinking; advanced analytical, consulting, and communication skills.
