What you will drive
- Own the architecture, design, and hands-on delivery of a desktop platform automating and streamlining trading desk workflows.
- Act as the primary hands-on technical leader: architect the platform, write correctness-critical code, and set the engineering bar.
- Design for hard non-functional requirements: latency, responsiveness, crash containment, and least-privilege isolation.
- Mentor and coach team members, establish AI-assisted development practices, and communicate technical trade-offs to stakeholders.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years in Financial Services building complex front-office trading systems with demonstrated technical leadership.
- Expert-level C# / .NET (LTS) with experience in event-driven, service-oriented back-end systems.
- Understanding of relative-value execution, futures market structure, and US Treasury market.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a relevant analytical discipline.
