• Own initiative areas end-to-end, from recruiting founders and designing organizations to commissioning products and running fellowships.
• Research and understand initiative areas to identify unaddressed needs and evaluate opportunities for impact.
• Set strategic plans and drive execution through scoping, resourcing, and delivering outcomes within assigned areas.
• Scout, evaluate, and recruit founders, leaders, and teams to lead initiatives or execute priority projects.
