Principal Mission Architect

• Develop complete mission concepts based on customer needs
• Perform mission-level analysis and own all top-level mission budgets
• Define requirements and design for the mission and payloads
• Collaborate with discipline engineers to ensure product meets objectives

This role enables the development of satellite constellations that deliver critical data for climate monitoring and national security, contributing to a safer and more resilient world.

• B.S. or higher in related engineering field plus 12 years of space mission experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
• Spacecraft and space mission design experience
• Software skills in Python, Julia, Matlab, C, or C++

Salary range: $170,000 - $243,000 plus incentive compensation, competitive equity grant, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, disability, life insurance, three weeks paid vacation, 12 paid holidays, unlimited sick time, and paid parental leave.
