Principal IT/AV Consultant

• Lead the successful delivery of innovative IT design solutions for built environment projects, managing engineers and ensuring technical excellence.
• Engage with stakeholders at different levels, manage project fee and programme, and contribute to work winning activities.
• Provide technical and team leadership, mentoring less experienced engineers and supporting senior management.

This role creates positive change by designing technologically advanced and sustainable built environments, including smart campuses and net zero schools, that enhance user experience and reduce environmental footprint.

• Chartered Engineer or working towards, with a degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Sciences (MEng, BEng, or BSc).
• Significant experience in IT consultancy or engineering role within IT design, with proven ability to manage projects and teams.
• Experience producing schematic diagrams, specifications, project reports, site inspections, and leading project meetings.
• Member of IET, BCS, BICSI RCDD or similar; knowledge of WiredScore or technical benchmarking is a plus.
