Principal Infrastructure Developer

• Act as the primary technical leader and hands-on developer, architecting AI-assisted SDLCs and integrating LLMs/RAG pipelines into core platform architecture.
• Design, implement, and optimize complex AWS-based infrastructure solutions using CDK and Terraform.
• Build robust, scalable applications using Python, React.js, and JavaScript, and drive adherence to AI governance and SDLC processes.
• Mentor junior engineers, provide technical oversight, and serve as escalation point for complex issues.

This role enables TP ICAP to build robust, scalable cloud infrastructure that improves market liquidity and price discovery, while advancing responsible AI practices in financial markets.

• Proven experience in technical leadership within software delivery teams.
• Extensive AWS expertise including microservices, cloud automation, security, and architectural design.
• Proficiency in Amazon Bedrock, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and full-stack development (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and security/compliance in cloud environments.
