Mission
What you will drive
- Execute EMT and steady-state studies, delivering client-ready power system analysis on time and on budget.
- Develop dynamic models for generators, loads, and equipment, tuned and benchmarked against field data in PSCAD/PSS/E.
- Advise clients by translating complex technical results into actionable decisions.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead adoption of AI-augmented simulation and reporting tools.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years of experience in power system modeling and studies.
- B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering with a power systems focus.
- Proficiency in PSCAD, PSS/E, ETAP, or equivalents; scripting skills in Python or MATLAB.
- Working knowledge of IEEE, IEC, and CIGRE standards; ability to champion AI and automation tools.
