Principal Engineer / Engineering Manager — Power System Studies

• Execute EMT and steady-state studies, delivering client-ready power system analysis on time and on budget.
• Develop dynamic models for generators, loads, and equipment, tuned and benchmarked against field data in PSCAD/PSS/E.
• Advise clients by translating complex technical results into actionable decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead adoption of AI-augmented simulation and reporting tools.

This role directly contributes to building a modern, secure, and resilient grid by delivering advanced power system studies and integrating AI-augmented workflows, ultimately supporting the transition to renewable energy and reducing environmental impact.

• 8+ years of experience in power system modeling and studies.
• B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering with a power systems focus.
• Proficiency in PSCAD, PSS/E, ETAP, or equivalents; scripting skills in Python or MATLAB.
• Working knowledge of IEEE, IEC, and CIGRE standards; ability to champion AI and automation tools.
