Principal Engineer - Data Center Modelling

• Lead a team of power system engineers performing modeling and NERC technical studies for clients.
• Manage client accounts, support business development, and oversee project management.
• Perform advanced power grid studies using industry-standard analysis platforms.
• Drive process improvement and leverage AI/automation tools to enhance efficiency.

This role shapes the grid of the future by leading modeling and studies that enable renewable energy integration and grid modernization, directly contributing to a sustainable and resilient energy system.

• Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering with power system emphasis.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the power system industry with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient with power system analysis software: PSSE, PSCAD, TSAT, or PSLF.
• Wide range of experience with ERCOT modeling requirements and procedures.
