PPAP Coordinator

• Manage the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for new and modified components to ensure compliance with JLG, Oshkosh, AIAG, and customer requirements.
• Review and approve supplier PPAP submissions, validate dimensional results, GD&T, control plans, PFMEA, MSA, material certifications, and performance testing.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve documentation gaps, drive corrective actions, and track PPAP status to support successful product launches and production readiness.

This role ensures that parts meet quality and safety standards, contributing to the production of reliable access equipment that enhances worker safety in construction and industrial settings.

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of experience in quality, supplier quality, or PPAP coordination.
• Working knowledge of AIAG Core Tools (PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality/document management systems.

Primarily office-based with regular interaction with manufacturing, engineering, and supplier teams. Occasional travel or supplier interaction may be required. Compensation details not specified.
