Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for new and modified components to ensure compliance with JLG, Oshkosh, AIAG, and customer requirements.
  • Review and approve supplier PPAP submissions, validate dimensional results, GD&T, control plans, PFMEA, MSA, material certifications, and performance testing.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve documentation gaps, drive corrective actions, and track PPAP status to support successful product launches and production readiness.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of experience in quality, supplier quality, or PPAP coordination.
  • Working knowledge of AIAG Core Tools (PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC).
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality/document management systems.
