What you will drive

  • Perform high level bulk power system studies using software like PSS/E, PSCAD, Aspen, and TARA.
  • Lead and teach electrical engineers in power system steady state, short circuit, and dynamic & transient stability analyses.
  • Develop and review transmission planning study methodologies and processes, and ensure timely project completion within budget.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Power Systems Engineer with hands-on experience in steady-state and dynamic base cases.
  • Proficient in PSS/E and TARA; knowledge of multiple power regions and ISOs.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and technical writing skills.
