What you will drive
- Perform distribution planning studies, evaluate DER impacts, and recommend mitigation measures.
- Develop data-driven solutions including Python/SQL-based tools for system analysis and automation.
- Analyze historical distribution data (AMI, SCADA, DER, EV) to identify trends and support load forecasting.
- Mentor team members and ensure timely, high-quality project deliverables.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in distribution utilities/power systems.
- Proficiency in distribution modeling software (CYME, Synergi Electric, openDSS).
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or SQL for data analysis and automation.
