Polycapital Academy Lead

Lead the design, delivery, and operations of an educational academy teaching wealth holders to leverage private capital for global impact.
- Design and deliver curricula on impact and private wealth in collaboration with University of Oxford academic partners.
- Manage end-to-end program operations: scheduling, platforms, materials, budgets, applications, and participant experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, guest faculty, and institutional partners as the Academy's primary contact.
- Translate organizational strategy into concrete roadmaps and quarterly goals; track and report on program performance.
- Requires deep expertise in effective impact, complex stakeholder management, and end-to-end program delivery experience.
