• Drive electoral strategy across priority geographies, ensuring Galvanize Action's programming is aligned for maximum political impact.
• Build and grow high-trust relationships with state-based partners and national organizations, unlocking political dollars and positioning Galvanize Action as a strategic partner.
• Own internal political sensemaking, translating landscape shifts into actionable strategy for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Lead electoral reporting and impact visibility, ensuring clear understanding of how work drives political outcomes.

This role directly advances democratic resilience and civic participation by ensuring Galvanize Action's research, content, and programming translate into measurable electoral impact, empowering moderate women to vote for progress.

• 6+ years of experience in political strategy, electoral campaigns, or independent expenditure programs.
• Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with state partners, national organizations, and coalitions.
• Deep familiarity with the national political and electoral landscape, including key actors, timelines, and power dynamics.
• High confidence with political metrics and evaluation approaches (e.g., persuasion measurement, RCTs, voter file analysis, turnout modeling).

Starting salary range: $128,000-$143,000 per year. Comprehensive benefits include 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and families; 401k with 3% automatic contribution and up to 3% match; pre-tax transportation and FSA benefits; 120 hours vacation, 80 hours health leave, 2 days casual leave, 20 hours volunteer leave, 13 paid holidays; 12 weeks paid family and medical leave after 90 days.
