Policy Director, Office of the Chief Executive Officer

• Partner with the executive team to amplify executive function while building expertise in AI policy and organisational leadership.
• Support the daily executive rhythm by preparing meeting agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups.
• Own tracking and accountability across team commitments while managing calendars and projects.
• Unblock operational bottlenecks and implement fixes across the organisation.
• Lead special projects and drive resolution on the organisation's highest-priority problems.

This role enables the executive team to focus on high-impact AI safety work by streamlining operations and driving key projects, thereby accelerating Secure AI Project's mission to ensure safe AI development.
