What you will drive

  • Develop unified, high-level positioning for Planโ€™s flagship initiatives and priority areas, producing compelling narratives and polished packaging for external audiences.
  • Translate complex programmatic evidence and data into clear, policy-ready content and thought leadership materials.
  • Lead the development of speeches, op-eds, and strategic communications for senior executives, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Coordinate cross-organizational insights and messaging to maintain one organizational voice across global teams.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Significant experience in strategic communications, policy positioning, and influencing in international development contexts.
  • Proven ability to translate complex evidence into compelling narratives and draft high-quality speeches, op-eds, and policy briefs for senior leaders.
  • Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration with program teams, communications, and senior leadership in a global organization.
  • Knowledge of geopolitical and sector trends, with experience in strategic analysis and donor/partner engagement.
