Platform Product Manager

• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and development priorities for the Digital Justice Hub platform.
• Lead agile, sprint-based development cycles, coordinating sprint planning, reviews, and release processes.
• Serve as the primary coordination point between PEJ, technical teams, and institutional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
• Design and implement user testing strategies, collect feedback, and oversee iterative improvements to enhance platform usability and effectiveness.

This role directly supports the development of the Digital Justice Hub, a platform that strengthens the capacity of justice sector practitioners to investigate and prosecute war crimes and crimes against humanity, thereby advancing accountability and access to justice for survivors.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in product management, digital platform development, or software delivery in agile environments.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, sprint-based development, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience defining product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and prioritizing competing requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; knowledge of Ukrainian is an asset.
