Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and support generator compliance testing and commissioning activities for renewable and conventional power plants.
- Conduct remote testing sessions, directing on-site technicians and plant operators during testing procedures.
- Monitor and analyze live test data to verify plant performance and identify potential issues.
- Support compliance testing for NERC standards including MOD-025, MOD-026, and MOD-027.

What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus in power systems.
- Experience supporting power plant testing, commissioning, or generator compliance activities.
- Familiarity with ERCOT and/or NERC compliance testing requirements.
- Experience with MOD-025, MOD-026, and MOD-027 testing standards.
