Planner

• Convert Salesforce opportunity forecasts into planning demand within Anaplan and maintain planning data including product structures, supplier information, pricing, lead times, and allocation parameters.
• Convert approved demand into purchase requisitions and purchase orders, coordinate supplier commitments, and monitor purchase order status to resolve material shortages.
• Support weekly S&OP activities, develop dashboards and KPIs for planning performance, and identify planning system gaps to implement process improvements.

This role directly supports the global energy transition by ensuring efficient supply chain and procurement operations for solar power plant components, enabling faster project delivery and greater reliability of clean energy infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Materials Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
