Philanthropy Team Captain

Lead and scale Prevail's philanthropy team, coordinating advisors and supporting high-impact social change fund development across Africa and South Asia.
- Coordinate team activities, set strategy and OKRs, and manage hiring to grow the philanthropy team from six to support three new fund launches annually.
- Mentor direct reports and build a feedback-driven culture focused on skill development, performance management, and mission alignment.
- Serve as thought partner on high-priority philanthropic projects and act as communication hub across the team and broader organization.
- Requires 10+ years experience with multiple years in management or leadership roles; passion for big-bet philanthropy and global development essential.
- Requires strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and genuine care for team member growth and development.
