Mission
What you will drive
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize SEM and paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms to drive donor acquisition and engagement.
- Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement A/B tests to lower acquisition costs and improve conversion efficiency.
- Create dashboards and reports to communicate results and insights, and collaborate with content and marketing teams to align paid media with broader strategies.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid digital media, or growth marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta; TikTok Ads experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
