Mission
What you will drive
- Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for line organizations regarding the Corrective Action Program, including conducting root cause investigations and identifying trends.
- Provide subject matter expertise and mentorship for root cause investigations and corrective action evaluations.
- Monitor performance metrics, review SCRs for quality, and ensure corrective actions are properly managed in Action Tracking.
- Promote a culture of learning by incorporating operating experience (OPEX) information into daily operations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Working knowledge of basic science, mathematics, and technical subjects to analyze trends and provide technical advice.
- Experience in root cause analysis methodologies and procedures.
- Experience in analyzing emerging trends and making recommendations.
- Over 8 years of relevant experience, with education equivalent to Grade 12 plus 3 years of further concentrated study.
