Performance Improvement Coordinator - Future Opportunity

• Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for line organizations regarding the Corrective Action Program, including conducting root cause investigations and identifying trends.
• Provide subject matter expertise and mentorship for root cause investigations and corrective action evaluations.
• Monitor performance metrics, review SCRs for quality, and ensure corrective actions are properly managed in Action Tracking.
• Promote a culture of learning by incorporating operating experience (OPEX) information into daily operations.

This role ensures safe, reliable nuclear operations by driving continuous improvement through corrective actions and root cause analysis, contributing to clean energy production and medical isotope production that benefit communities.

• Working knowledge of basic science, mathematics, and technical subjects to analyze trends and provide technical advice.
• Experience in root cause analysis methodologies and procedures.
• Experience in analyzing emerging trends and making recommendations.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience, with education equivalent to Grade 12 plus 3 years of further concentrated study.
