Mission
What you will drive
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities of active solar and battery storage projects, ensuring optimal performance and contractual compliance.
- Generate, maintain, and track operations and performance reports, acceptance tests, commissioning plans, and forecasting reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and field personnel to identify and resolve performance issues, track equipment failures, and drive optimization initiatives.
- Evaluate PV system energy models using PVsyst or similar tools and verify project drawings.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, science, or a related technical discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in PV Performance Engineering or data analytics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Office tools.
- Experience with programming languages like Python, VBA, MATLAB, or Java preferred.
