Performance Engineer II

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities of active solar and battery storage projects, ensuring optimal performance and contractual compliance.
• Generate, maintain, and track operations and performance reports, acceptance tests, commissioning plans, and forecasting reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and field personnel to identify and resolve performance issues, track equipment failures, and drive optimization initiatives.
• Evaluate PV system energy models using PVsyst or similar tools and verify project drawings.

This role directly supports the transition to renewable energy by ensuring the efficient operation and performance of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects, thereby maximizing clean energy generation and reducing reliance on fossil fuels.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, science, or a related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in PV Performance Engineering or data analytics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Office tools.
• Experience with programming languages like Python, VBA, MATLAB, or Java preferred.

Compensation Range: $117,678.00 - $129,446.00 (Salary)
