People Partner

• Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor on people matters, grounded in Ofload’s culture, policies, and Australian employment law.
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness to support scaling.
• Own people data quality and interpret trends to guide action on attrition, engagement, and exit feedback.
• Deliver key people initiatives and projects, including facilitating workshops and continuous improvement of people practices.

By optimizing people operations and supporting leaders, you'll help Ofload scale its freight-tech platform that reduces empty truck miles, cuts emissions, and makes supply chains more efficient, driving environmental and economic benefits.

• 2+ years in HR function with at least 1 year in a Business Partner or Advisor role.
• Sound business acumen and proven experience partnering with leaders in fast-paced, scaling organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across all levels.
• Sound knowledge of Australian Employment Law.
