What you will drive

  • Translate divisional People strategy into a concrete BU People roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Advise BU leadership on all people- and organization-related topics including structure, roles, capabilities, leadership, culture, and change.
  • Lead workforce planning, identify capability gaps, and orchestrate end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Drive talent and performance management cycles, identify critical roles and successors, and support change and culture initiatives.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
  • 5-7 years progressively responsible HR experience in performance and development, manager consultancy, HR analytics, local labor matters, compensation and benefits.
  • Demonstrated change management experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
