People Operations Specialist (Volunteer)

• Manage and improve the volunteer experience lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Design and implement operational processes, forms, workflows, and documentation
• Support engagement initiatives, internal communications, and recruitment operations
• Track People metrics and identify process improvements

This role ensures a smooth and engaging experience for volunteers across 90+ cities, enabling them to contribute effectively to climate and sustainability efforts.

• Organized and detail-oriented with a systems mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with tools like Notion, Airtable, or similar
• Interested in People Ops, HR, or organizational design
