Mission
What you will drive
- Lead grid code compliance assessment for PCS and BESS products across Europe, focusing on selected international markets.
- Define and maintain product requirements based on applicable grid codes, connection requirements, and evolving regulatory frameworks.
- Act as the technical interface between customers, system operators, certification bodies, and internal teams on grid compliance matters.
- Monitor changes to grid codes and market requirements, translating them into product improvements.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience in power systems, BESS, PCS, or renewable energy.
- Deep understanding of European grid codes and grid integration requirements, including EU RfG 1.0 and 2.0.
- Experience with grid code compliance processes and power system simulation tools (PSCAD, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, or ETAP).
