Payroll and Tax Specialist

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, audit employee tax setups, and maintain state tax configurations.
• Manage payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now, including calculating wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
• Handle payroll corrections, W-2C processing, and amended tax filings.
• Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure proper integration of payroll data and support financial audits.

This role ensures accurate and compliant payroll operations, enabling Ramboll's employees to focus on creating sustainable societies and thriving communities.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience performing payroll functions.
• Strong knowledge of US Payroll Tax Regulations and multi-state taxation.
• Proficiency with payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, or SAP.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
