Payments and Finance Director

- Oversee day-to-day payments, accounting, compliance, and budgeting across two legal entities in Latin America and Southeast Asia.
- Supervise international finance team managing invoices, reimbursements, donor reporting, and audit-ready financial records.
- Design and implement AI-powered automation for invoice processing, expense management, and financial analysis.
- Requires bachelor's degree in finance or accounting plus significant leadership experience managing multi-country nonprofit finances.
- Requires native Portuguese and fluent English; CPA or equivalent accounting qualification preferred.

Sinergia Animal is an international animal protection NGO working to reduce meat consumption in Latin America and Asia in order to reduce animal suffering. They advocate for vegan and vegetarian diets through campaigns that address some the worse practices in industrial farming.
