Mission
What you will drive
- Source, negotiate, and close new OEM partnerships end-to-end, from first conversation to signed agreement.
- Grow and retain existing OEM partners, ensuring they see real value from working with Enode.
- Identify and sell new products to OEMs, opening up new revenue streams.
- Develop and improve the partnerships playbook, including redesigning processes using AI.

This role directly accelerates the energy transition by enabling Enode to scale its platform, connecting and orchestrating millions of residential energy devices to stabilize the grid and integrate renewable energy sources.
Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 5 years of experience in business development/partnerships, ideally in B2B software or energy.
- Strong negotiation, diplomatic, and relationship-building skills with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, with project management skills.
- Based in Europe and able to work in the CET time zone +-3 hours.
