Partnerships Associate

• Execute personalized outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) to prospective partner institutions.
• Manage timely follow-up on inbound leads to convert interest into qualified meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and pipeline progression in HubSpot.
• Track outreach results and share insights with the Partnerships team.

This role helps extend CDI's mission to more college campuses, equipping students and faculty with skills to communicate across differences, fostering constructive dialogue and lasting organizational change.

• Recent graduate or up to ~2 years of professional experience (internships, co-ops, campus jobs count).
• Genuine excitement for outreach and relationship-building.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage high-volume outreach.
• Clear, professional communicator; comfortable engaging senior leaders.
