How to Apply for Partnerships Associate

at Constructive Dialogue Institute

🏢 About Constructive Dialogue Institute

Constructive Dialogue Institute is a non-partisan nonprofit equipping students with skills to bridge divides—a mission that’s both urgent and rewarding. Working here means contributing to a more civil society while collaborating with a mission-driven team that values impact over profit. The fully remote culture offers flexibility, and you'll directly help expand programs that reach thousands of college students.

About This Role

As Partnerships Associate, you’ll be the engine behind CDI’s outreach to colleges, executing personalized campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn. Your work turns interest into partnerships, directly growing the Institute’s reach and impact. It’s a high-volume, relationship-building role that’s critical to scaling CDI’s mission.

💡 A Day in the Life

You’ll start by reviewing your HubSpot queue, then spend a few hours drafting and sending personalized emails to new leads, followed by phone calls to warm prospects. Afternoons involve updating records, analyzing outreach metrics, and collaborating with the team on strategy. You’ll also attend a weekly pipeline review to discuss progress and refine messaging.

🎯 Who Constructive Dialogue Institute Is Looking For

  • A recent grad or early-career professional with 0–2 years experience (including internships) who thrives on proactive outreach and building rapport.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, able to manage hundreds of contacts in HubSpot without dropping balls.
  • A clear, confident communicator who can craft compelling emails and handle phone calls with senior administrators.
  • Genuinely excited about higher education and nonpartisan dialogue—not just looking for any sales role.
