Esperanza is accepting applications from individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of Hispanic families and communities. Our Family Engagement program empowers parents and families to be their children's first teachers and educates them on navigating and engaging the educational system. Our ESL (English as a Second Language) Program provides adults an opportunity to learn English and increase their involvement in their children's education by helping them learn about the intricacies of negotiating change and improving education in their communities. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing professional and compassionate support to Hispanic community members, parents, and families through various communication channels. Candidates should be fully bilingual in Spanish and English, have prior customer service or community outreach experience, complete Esperanza's onboarding process, and pass Esperanza's background check.
