Part-Time Billing Specialist

• Verify PO details and release invoices as needed
• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely in the accounting system
• Prepare and enter billing and credits, reconcile client invoices into billing summaries
• Serve as primary point of contact for invoice-related questions and assist with billing inquiries

This role supports the financial operations of a nonprofit, ensuring accurate billing and vendor payments that enable the organization to focus on its mission.

• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with invoices and accounting systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Previous billing/accounting experience preferred

Part-time (20-25 hours/week), $22-25/hour or guaranteed pay option depending on experience, remote flexibility available.
