PA Director of Communications & Digital Strategy

• Lead strategic communications planning and execution, including designing a 12-month communications strategy to elevate brand and drive engagement.
• Manage content and storytelling across newsletters, social media, and digital platforms, translating complex policy into compelling narratives.
• Oversee communications operations, including CRM segmentation, analytics, and external firm relationships.

This role amplifies teacher voices and advances equity in education by shaping public narratives that influence policy and practice, ultimately working toward making Pennsylvania the fastest-improving state in 4th-grade reading.

• Experience developing communication strategies and managing multi-channel communications (newsletters, social media, digital engagement).
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
