Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop, execute, and coordinate strategic external organizing campaigns, including field campaign plans, tactics, and timelines.
  • Direct and manage field operations, staff, and campaign execution, assessing strengths and weaknesses and making strategic recalibrations.
  • Track, report, and analyze campaign data; create systems for data management.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and provide feedback to campaign staff; foster a team culture of collaboration, equity, and accountability.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 5 years of external labor organizing experience (or 4 years external + 1 year internal) and 3 years leading campaigns.
  • Minimum 3 years leading field teams or staff.
  • Knowledge of labor unions and thorough knowledge of planning, executing, and managing labor organizing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
