Mission

What you will drive

  • Conduct one-to-one visits and build a large, engaged base of working-class seniors in central Wisconsin.
  • Recruit and develop an active team of senior leaders to wage winning campaigns on issues important to seniors.
  • Create high-impact communications and organize campaigns that win positive changes for seniors.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Grounded in real-world organizing practice with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Two or more years of campaigning and community organizing experience preferred.
  • Basic computing skills (Google Suite, Zoom, CRM) and ability to learn mass communications tools.
