We have an immediate opening for an Operations Specialist position, ultimately with a possible remote working day, with an opportunity to advance, whose primary responsibilities include: Work & communicate with equipment and parts vendors Processing parts & service requests from field techs & customers Ordering parts and equipment Receiving parts orders into inventory Manage Equipment inventory levels & par stocks at HQ and around the U.S. Shipping and tracking orders Track shipments Assist with fulfillment and receiving teams Using the companyโs CRM - customer, service & parts tracking software Support service techs on installations and servicing customers on equipment Preferred & Required Skills Eager, team player Strong computer skills in Google Suite, Microsoft Office 1 year Customer Service or Operations experience - preferred Strong attention to detail Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Legal right to work in the U.S. Compensation $55K to $60K per year, with salary review in 6 months Health Benefits after 3 months 15 days PTO Employee Stock Ownership Plan > 1 year of full-time employment Please submit a resume and cover letter to apply.
