Mission
What you will drive
- Own enterprise data across systems, defining the constituent data model, deduplication strategy, and reporting strategy to ensure accurate and actionable constituent information.
- Lead the Foundation's data team, including CRM and Fundraising Technology teams, and manage vendor and contract relationships.
- Drive data-informed decision making across the Foundation to support mission, engagement, and annual fundraising goals.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Technology- or data-related bachelor's degree and/or minimum 10 years of experience managing complex technical ecosystems, including CRMs (Raiser's Edge, Salesforce), fundraising tools (Fundraise Up), and email marketing systems (HubSpot), preferably in a nonprofit environment.
- Demonstrated experience with Power Automate or comparable workflow automation tools strongly preferred; experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools a plus.
- Strong skills in enterprise data management, including data modeling, deduplication, data hygiene, importing/exporting data, and report development.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with strong project management skills and experience managing staff.
