Operations Manager/Head of Operations

Build and manage operations systems, legal structures, and AI workflows for a lean nonprofit holding companies accountable on animal welfare across Asia.
- Design AI automations and manage Microsoft 365, Asana, HubSpot, and Airtable to streamline team workflows and data quality.
- Research and execute legal entity registrations in the UK and Asia; maintain compliance, contracts, and fiscal sponsor reporting.
- Track budgets, process invoices and reimbursements, and prepare financial data for grants and funder reports.
- Run onboarding, hiring logistics, volunteer coordination, and people operations for a growing remote team.
- Requires operations mindset with bias to action, tech proficiency in automation tools and Microsoft 365, and comfort in startup environments.
