Operations Manager

• Manage day-to-day administrative, technical, and programmatic operations to ensure smooth internal functioning.
• Coordinate program logistics, including faculty scheduling, course setup, and event planning.
• Support community and clergy processes, including documentation, communications, and content creation.

This role enables The Chaplaincy Institute to effectively train and support chaplains and spiritual leaders, fostering interfaith understanding and community healing.

• Strong organizational and systems management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with clear communication.
• Experience with or ability to learn: SurveyMonkey, Salesforce, WordPress, Moodle, Canva, Constant Contact, Google Groups.

15 hours per week; W2 employee (CA, WA, OR, ME) or 1099 contractor (any state). Compensation details not specified.
